Childbirth Empowerment class

A childbirth class, also known as a prenatal class or labor preparation class, is an educational course designed to help expectant parents prepare for the birthing process and caring for a newborn baby.

Standard/Basic Birth Doula Package

1-2 prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and create a birth plan

Continuous labor support from a certified doula

1 postpartum visit for breastfeeding support and newborn care guidance

Premium/Deluxe Birth Doula Package

Additional prenatal visits (e.g. 3-4 total)

Longer postpartum support (e.g. 2 weeks instead of 1 visit)

Overnight Care

overnight newborn care services with trained professionals who provide feeding, diapering, soothing, and overall care for newborns during nighttime hours. This allows parents to get rest while having expert support.

7 Nights of Rest package.

A typical overnight shift runs from 10pm to 7am.
